Terms of Service
By using Curvalo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Curvalo is provided by [Controller: Stefano Zarro, VAT no. [P.IVA], registered at [ADDRESS]]. Contact: support@curvalo.app.
2. What Curvalo is (and is not)
Curvalo is a tool to track and organise bet slips you have already placed elsewhere. In particular:
- it is not a gambling operator and does not take bets;
- it handles no money, offers no odds to play and has no link or affiliation with any gambling operator or bookmaker;
- it does not encourage gambling and gives no tips or predictions on the outcome of events;
- it does not promise or guarantee any result.
3. Adults only
Curvalo is for people aged 18 or over. By using the app you state that you are an adult and that gambling is legal where you live. Gambling can cause addiction: if it is becoming a problem, see the resources at the bottom of this page.
4. Account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information. You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.
5. Your slips and content
They remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service (for example reading an image and saving its data), as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload images you have the right to use and that contain no third-party data.
6. Curvalo Pro subscription
- Some features are free; Curvalo Pro unlocks more and is a paid subscription.
- Purchase, payment and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Price and duration are shown before you buy.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms (reportaproblem.apple.com). Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Match, odds and result data
Results, odds, fixtures and automatically computed outcomes come from third-party sources and are for reference only. They may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check the official result with your operator: Curvalo’s statistics do not replace its records.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Curvalo is not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from gambling decisions made wholly or partly on the basis of the app’s information, nor for slip-reading errors or statistics miscalculations. Mandatory consumer rights and any liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, circumvent its technical or commercial limits, reverse engineer it, or overload the service with automated access.
10. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the app and these terms. We will notify you of material changes; by continuing to use the app after a change you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the place of residence or domicile apply, if in Italy or the EU.
